Text Homework Drop Off - Student Submissions

Lone Tree Campus

Students may submit homework in the drop-box during College business hours. It is located at the front of the Welcome Desk.

Students should never leave any items at an unattended desk or office.

Students must:

have their name on submissions
secure all loose pages with a paperclip or staple
adhere a completed yellow homework tag (located next to the drop=box)

If the homework does not fit in the drop-box, students must:

complete the yellow homework tag and attach it to the material
hand deliver directly to Faculty Support Desk (located inside Academic Affairs past doors by Welcome Desk)
if Faculty Support Desk is not staffed, visit office 404 or 437 for assistance

Instructor Hand-Off

The homework drop-box is checked at least twice daily during regular business hours.
Student submissions are placed into a red interoffice folder and put in the instructor's mailbox.
- If the item is too large for the folder, and email will be sent to the instructor's CCC email with a notice of where to retrieve the item(s)

Fourth Street Campus

Students can submit homework at the Fourth Street Campus in the drop-box located next to the Security Desk.

Students must:

have their name on submissions
secure all loose pages with a paperclip or staple
include instructor's name on a post-it or homework tag
- to ensure submissions are retrieved in a timely manner, students should notify their instructor of the drop off

Instructor Hand-Off

Students should notify instructor's of a submission to the drop-box. Instructor's will need to notify Registration that a submission is in the box so it can be retrieved for instructor pick up.

Be sure to let Registration know when you will retrieve the submission

Page Campus

Hard copy assignment drop-offs should be coordinated through Shannon Garrison, Jessica Dodson, or Kay Leum.

Secure Homework Pick Up

Instructors may leave homework and other course materials for students to pick up.

Give materials to Faculty Support staff during regular business hours that include the student name or other important information.
Items are secured in a locked cabinet until student retrieval.
Students must show ID to pick up any items.
